To apply for one of our properties, we require the following: 1. Make sure your application is filled out completely and signed (for each person 18+ y/o who will be living at the property). 2. Return the completed application to our office with a $40.00 non-refundable application fee - payable via check, cashier's check, or money order. 3. Bring in a form of government issued/school ID (or a copy). 4. Bring in proof of income; this can be a. Pay stubs from your last 3 pay cycles b. 1040 or other tax form c. Bank statement showing regular deposits of income d. Letter from employer, on company letterhead, stating how many hours worked/pay scale/ length of employment, and a point of contact If you will be needing a co-signer, they will also have to fill out an application and pay the $40.00 application fee. The holding deposit is 25% of the monthly rent amount. This will turn into the security deposit upon approval of the application. The remaining amount of the security deposit will be due at lease signing, unless you choose to pay the full security deposit amount in advance.
