At the time you apply for a unit we require a fully completed application, a form of ID from everyone applying for the rental, $40.00 non-refundable application fee for everyone over the age of 18, and the deposit on all properties is 25% of the First month rent. The remaining amount of deposit is due at lease signing unless you choose to pay the full deposit at the time of applying.  First and last month rent will need to be paid in full at the time of lease signing.
